The data we collect

You can browse the website without telling us who you are. We only collect personal data when you fill in the quote request form:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the type of project, the indicative budget and the message you choose to write;
• your agreement to the use of this information;
• the page you sent the form from, the date it was sent and your IP address, used to protect the form against abuse.

If you accept, Google Analytics also collects browsing data (see “Audience measurement” below).

Why we use it

• to answer your request and send you a quote;
• to send you an email confirming that we have received your request.

This processing is based on your request and on the agreement you give in the form. We don’t use your data for automated marketing, we don’t sell it and we don’t pass it on to anyone.

What happens to your data

Your request is sent to us by email at contact@redcityweb.com, and a confirmation email is sent to you. A backup copy of the request is saved in a private file on our server, which cannot be accessed from the internet, so that no request is lost. Only the Red City Web team has access to it.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used: pages viewed, visit duration, type of device, where visitors come from, and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and quote buttons. These statistics help us improve the website.

Google Analytics cookies are only set after you agree, in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set. The data is processed by Google, which may store it outside Morocco and the European Union. We don’t use any advertising cookies.

Your choice is kept for six months in a technical cookie (“rcw_consent”). You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser.

How long we keep your data

• the backup copy of requests sent through the form is kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically;
• emails exchanged with you are kept for as long as needed to follow up your request and any work we do together;
• Google Analytics data is kept according to the settings of our Google Analytics account;
• your cookie choice is kept for six months.

Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data, and you can ask for it to be deleted.

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the right to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

To exercise your rights, email us at contact@redcityweb.com. We will reply as quickly as possible. In Morocco, you can also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against abusive submissions and the backup copy of requests is stored in a private folder on the server. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to other websites (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks, IT LABS PRO). Red City Web is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices: please read their own privacy policies.

Changes

We may change this policy, for example when the website changes. The current version is always published on this page. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
